Terms and policies

Draft for review. These pages set out how we already say we work in our published price list. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer, and they will be finalised before launch.

Terms of service

  • AgenticCore Pakistan is a marketing and technology provider, not a property broker. We do not sell, buy or hold property or client money for property deals.
  • All prices are in Pakistani rupees, are introductory and exclude taxes where applicable.
  • Monthly fees are paid in advance. One-off work is usually paid half at the start and half on delivery.
  • Package set-up discounts apply when you stay for the package's minimum term (3 months, or 6 months for Project Partner).
  • Delivery times count from when we have your details, content (such as logo files, photos and text) and payment. "Same day" applies to orders confirmed by 6pm PKT; orders confirmed later are delivered the next day. "2–3 days" is counted the same way. While a task is waiting on you, its delivery clock is paused.
  • Partner work (printing, drone filming, billboards and hoardings, on-site 360° photography, event crews) and approvals by Meta, Google or phone providers follow their own timings and are quoted per job.
  • Each design includes two rounds of changes. Further changes are quoted separately.
  • You own the finished work and may use it for your business. Ad accounts, pages, domains, WhatsApp numbers and automations are set up in your name, so you keep them.
  • We only advertise approvals (NOC, RDA, CDA, LDA, SBCA, KDA and others) that you can show us.
  • We never promise a set number of leads or sales. We agree clear targets and report honestly.
  • Ad wording checks (service 42) are a marketing check, not legal advice.
  • Urdu agreement drafts (service 56) are for a clear, shared understanding between the parties only. They are not for final or real agreement signing until your own legal adviser has checked them, and they are not legal advice. Stamp paper, registration and transfer steps stay with you and your adviser. Please check names, CNIC numbers, property details and amounts yourself.

Privacy

  • Your AgenticCore account is shared with our sister site agenticcore.estate: the same login, profile and points balance work on both.
  • We store what you give us to deliver your orders: your name, phone, email, business details, brand kit files and the briefs and files attached to your tasks. Files are kept in private storage; only you and our team can open them.
  • When you submit a callback or free-offer form we store your name, phone, city and what you asked about, so we can contact you.
  • We record simple, cookie-free page events (for example "WhatsApp button clicked in the packages section") to improve the site. They are not linked to your name.
  • We do not sell your data. To delete your account or data, message us.

Refund policy

To be confirmed. The refund policy has not been finalised yet. Until it is published here, please agree any refund in writing with our team before paying.

Referral terms

  • Every AgenticCore account has one referral link and code. There are no levels, tiers or membership cards.
  • When an account that signed up with your link or code (a direct referral) pays for anything on an AgenticCore site, you earn 10% of the amount paid as AgenticCore Points. 1 point = Rs 1.
  • Points are credited once an invoice is marked paid. Only direct referrals count; people referred by your referrals do not.
  • Points and your referral list are shared across agenticcore.estate and agenticcorepk.com. This is a different system from AgenticCore Agency's points, which are separate.
  • How points can be spent will be announced before redemption opens.
